Why deals take weeks, sometimes months
Buyers review on their own clock. After your material passes the first checks, the AI company runs its own review: verification, fit with its training needs, legal approval.
They work in batches. Models are trained for years, so buyers check rights carefully and approve material in groups rather than one owner at a time.
Every deal is scoped. Use, content type and legal terms differ from deal to deal, and each one is negotiated.
