1. Introduction

Dark Media AI (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is an independent referral and onboarding partner for Troveo AI. By accessing or using our services—including but not limited to intake forms, consultation calls, content review, and application support—you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

2. Role as Referral & Onboarding Partner

Dark Media AI is not a licensing platform, rights holder, or legal party to any content licensing agreement. We operate solely as an onboarding and support service provider to introduce qualified creators and content owners to Troveo AI.

Troveo AI is the exclusive licensor and contractual party responsible for all content reviews, legal approvals, royalty payments, contract enforcement, and data processing associated with its AI content licensing program.

3. Eligibility

To use our onboarding services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.

• Own or have the rights to submit any video content provided.

• Submit accurate personal and business information as required by Troveo AI’s application process.

4. Application Review

All applications are subject to Troveo AI’s internal review and approval. Submitting an application through Dark Media AI does not guarantee acceptance or licensing. Troveo AI reserves all rights to reject, delay, or amend offers based on their internal standards and buyer requirements.

5. Use of Services

When you engage with Dark Media AI, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date contact information.

• Only submit content that you have the legal right to license.

• Refrain from misrepresenting your ownership or affiliations.

6. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, and materials used by Dark Media AI are the intellectual property of their respective owners. Content submitted to Troveo AI remains the property of the creator, unless governed otherwise by Troveo’s licensing agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Dark Media AI is not responsible for:

• Licensing decisions made by Troveo AI

• Earnings potential or outcome

• Any delay, rejection, or error made by Troveo AI or its licensing buyers

Our services are offered “as-is” and without warranty. Any disputes related to royalties, licensing terms, or data handling must be directed to Troveo AI.

8. Third-Party Platform Disclaimer

Dark Media AI is not affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, Instagram, or any of its associated companies. Any advertising, lead capture, or communication that occurs on Facebook or Instagram is conducted solely by Dark Media AI. We are not endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Meta in any way.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Your information is shared only with Troveo AI, and only for the purposes of content licensing review and onboarding.

4. Data Storage & Security

We use industry-standard platforms (such as Go HighLevel, Google Workspace, and secure cloud systems) to store and manage your intake data. We do not sell or share your data with any party other than Troveo AI.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing team@darkmedia.ai.

6. Responsibility for Licensing Data

Once your application is accepted, all licensing agreements, content uploads, payouts, and legal communications are handled by Troveo AI. Any requests regarding earnings, licensing terms, or royalties must be directed to them via the contact provided in your official contract.

7. Facebook / Meta Advertising Disclosure

Dark Media AI uses Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising platforms to promote our services and the Troveo AI licensing opportunity.

• All data submitted via Facebook lead forms or Messenger is voluntarily provided and used solely for onboarding into the Troveo program.

• Facebook/Meta does not collect or access any intake or licensing data submitted to Dark Media AI.

• This activity is independent and not associated with or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc.

8. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any major changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website.
